1. Ordering a downloadable product.
Select the item(s) you would like. There will be two options:
Download and Physical Shipment. Select Download and click on the
'add to cart' button. This will take you to the shopping cart
and from there, click on the Checkout button. You will be asked
to log on here (if you are not already) and will then fill out
your payment information. You will need to fill out your shipping
address whether you order a download or physical shipment. The
next page is to verify that all of the information entered is
correct. Once you are satisfied, click on the Order Now button
only once to avoid being charged twice.
2. Installation
If you have just placed your order, you should
see the screen below. Click on the name of the product and it
will take you to the downloader page.
If you did not just place the order, you can
get to the downloader page by going to the View
Your Orders tab on the Home
page. You will be asked to log on, and then you can select
your order by clicking on the Order Number as in the example below.
Once you are on the downloader page, click on the Download button.
You will be asked to choose whether you would like to open the
download or save it. It is suggested that you save the software
to your computer. From there, you can start the installation.
You will see a screen like the one below...

The next page will be a license agreement, and you must read
and agree with the terms before clicking NEXT. You will then be
asked where you would like to store the file. The default is in
your Program Files folder. You can change this by clicking on
Browse. This window will also tell you how much free disk space
is needed. Once you are satisfied, click NEXT again to move on.
The next page will ask if you would like to create an icon on
your desktop to easily access the program - check the box and
click NEXT. The final page will ask you if you are ready to install;
just click on the install button to start the installation. Finally,
you will be asked if you would like to launch the program now.
Click Finish and you should see the screen below:
Now, go back to the downloader
page as seen below and copy the serial number. Then, paste
it in the window above, and click OK to launch the program.
If you do not have access to the Internet, after
you enter your serial number, you will see a screen like the one
below asking for an access code.
When you see this screen, please copy the Machine ID and Serial
Number, and either call (1-877-737-5776) or email us at support@eslprosystems.com
and we can generate an access code for you. We will need both
the Machine ID and Serial Number so please have them ready.
