Shipping

ESL PRO Systems ships to everywhere in the world using U.S.Postal Service First Class mail service. Delivery can take 1-4 weeks depending on your location and local postal service. If you would like us to ship your software outside North America by some other means such as FedEx or UPS, please email us with your request. We will then charge your credit card for the cost of the courier. This option is only available to credit card purchases.

Frequently Asked Questions about shipping & handling:

1. How and when will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped via First Class/Priority Airmail Service. Orders shipping by standard method (First Class/Priority Airmail Service) are usually shipped within 1-3 business days from the time you place an order using valid credit card, or if you use an alternative payment method, from the time your payment is confirmed. Orders shipped by courier are shipped the same or the following business day. All check, cash, money orders, and wire purchases will NOT be activated until your payment has been received, and any checks have been cleared by our bank.

 

2. Can I have my order sent by courier?

Yes, you can have your order sent by courier.

3. Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped. Please email us or call 1-877-737-5776 (or 1-604-692-2500) as soon as possible. Please have your order number ready when calling and don’t forget to include it when sending us an e-mail.

6. What are your refund policies?

If you like to return the product(s) you have ordered, please email us or call 1-877-737-5776 (or 1-604-692-2500) for a full refund.

Please note, we can only refund products that are returned unopened, in the original shrink-wrapped form. If you've ordered a downloadable product, we can only refund if you have not fully installed the program.

If your CD/download is damaged or defective, please email us, and will send you a replacement.
